FEPA 2008 Awards Nomination Form
Nominations are now being accepted for those individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in the Emergency Management community over the past year. State in the section below the person/group being nominated and the actions taken over the past year which would qualify the nominee for the award. Awards will be presented at the 2008 Conference.
