Membership in this Association is available to any person whose responsibilities relate to emergency management with any governmental agency, public or private non-profit organization, or private for profit organization, and having filed a completed membership application and met the financial obligations set forth in Article III Section 4 of the Association's by-laws, is deemed to be in good standing. Categories of membership are regular, honorary and institutional.
