Florida’s Premier Emergency Management Event

What began as the FEPA Annual Meeting has grown into something much bigger— the Florida Emergency Preparedness Conference. This is the gathering place for emergency management professionals across Florida to connect, collaborate, and grow.

The name may be new, but the purpose remains the same: bringing together professionals from all backgrounds and career stages to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen Florida’s emergency management community.
