Welcome to Florida’s Premier Emergency Management Event
What began as the FEPA Annual Meeting has grown into something much bigger— the Florida Emergency Preparedness Conference. This is the gathering place for emergency management professionals across Florida to connect, collaborate, and grow.
The name may be new, but the purpose remains the same: bringing together professionals from all backgrounds and career stages to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen Florida’s emergency management community.

Q: What should I wear?
A: During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. The temperature fluctuates in meeting rooms, so please bring a jacket.

A: Wi-Fi is included in the Daily Resort Charge for hotel guests.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to FEPA Headquarters at [email protected]. Requests on or after January 12, 2026, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
