Our History
FEPA was created in 1956 to help professional Emergency Managers work to protect the people of Florida. Now completing almost 60 years of service, the organization recognizes the significance of its past. This page is dedicated to the men and women, who began, nurtured, expanded, and dedicated themselves to, the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association.
